free installation of software at a site indicated by customer
manuals for licensed software packages
NIPO Software Helpdesk services via telephone, fax or e-mail from three support offices:
Amsterdam, open on Dutch working days between 9:00 and 18:00 Central European Time (GMT +1)
Hong Kong, open on Chinese working days between 9:00 and 18:00 Chinese Standard Time (GMT +8)
Buenos Aires, open on Argentinean working days between 9:00 and 18:00 Atlantic Daylight Time (GMT -3)
implementation of texts of messages for interviewers in the screens of the NIPO Interviewer clients, where customer delivers the texts
at least one upgrade of the software and manuals per year
