NIPO Software customers are offered the following support when licensing our software:
  • free installation of software at a site indicated by customer
  • manuals for licensed software packages
  • NIPO Software Helpdesk services via telephone, fax or e-mail from three support offices:
    1. Amsterdam, open on Dutch working days between 9:00 and 18:00 Central European Time (GMT +1)
    2. Hong Kong, open on Chinese working days between 9:00 and 18:00 Chinese Standard Time (GMT +8)
    3. Buenos Aires, open on Argentinean working days between 9:00 and 18:00 Atlantic Daylight Time (GMT -3)
  • implementation of texts of messages for interviewers in the screens of the NIPO Interviewer clients, where customer delivers the texts
  • at least one upgrade of the software and manuals per year
  • user log-in for the NIPO Software Customers website
