Partnership authensis and NIPO Software

Dutch manufacturer of market research software NIPO Software and German enterprise authensis AG have joined forces to create an integrated solution of the NIPO Fieldwork System for CATI Interviewing and the authensis ACHAT dialer.

The authensis dialer is fully integrated into NIPO CATI and includes a wide range of functions and flexibility to meet today’s requirements, like VoIP communication and different types of automatic dialling: Preview, Assured, Nominated and Predictive dial. The PC server based dialer together with the CATI system will help interviewer field forces becoming much more effective.

The development of this CTI solution was triggered by a local German client using the authensis dialer and is already used in production.
