New staff at Helpdesk Hong Kong

After opening the NIPO Software Helpdesk in Hong Kong in January 2006, we are happy to inform you that our Asian support office is now working at full strength. Last month, our new colleague Kenneth Ko joined the Hong Kong team, further consisting of Keaton Fong and managed by Kees Varekamp.

The NIPO Software Helpdesk in Hong Kong will carry out all installations, training sessions and support for the Asia Pacific region. Next to that, they can also help with urgent support matters in other regions that are reported outside the office hours of the Amsterdam helpdesk.

Partnership Authensis

NIPO Software has long term partnerships with various dialer providers like Sytel and InVADE. Recently we have added a new partner in the area of Computer Telephony Integration: The German firm Authensis AG.

Authensis AG supplies a PC server based dialer which helps your interviewer field force to become more effective. The ACHAT Dialer is fully integrated into NIPO Software and includes a wide range of functions and flexibility to meet your very individual requirements.

The ACHAT Dialer works independent from PBX platforms and media types and can be integrated into switched telephone environments as well as into VoIP communication infrastructure which helps you to protect investigations in the future. The Dialer Software enables interviewers who work at home to become completely integrated without any lack of function.

For generating outgoing connections the ACHAT Dialer includes different types of automatic dialling which can be used depending upon circumstances: Preview, Assured, Nominated and Predictive dial.

No matter what type of automatic dialling you chose ACHAT Dialer will support you by qualifying the phone numbers and automatic filtering of technical non-response as well as identification of fax devices, modems, voice mails and answering machines.

In case of need and after permission through the respondent ACHAT Dialer enables interviewers to record interviews and to file them of any length.

The ACHAT Dialer also supports a quality control system by enabling the supervisor listening to interviews. This feature can be used not only by supervisors but also by customers who want to check the quality of interviews.
