Information about NIPO Software training

Clients frequently request information on trainings. We therefore thought it could be useful to share some details on the trainings we provide.

NIPO Software offers various training courses, both standard training and tailored to the specific needs of the client.

New clients usually start with the basic training and continue a couple of years later with some advanced training. The latter is not so much a fixed program, but depending on the issues and requirements of this client.

The training can take place within your company or external at the NIPO Software offices; the last option might be preferred when work issues easily disturb trainees during the training. Although not an ideal situation, we can also offer training on-line, using the webex application.

The training sessions can be attended by a maximum of 10 persons.

If you are interested in scheduling training, then please let us know 3 weeks in advance. This way we can assure that the training can indeed be given in the time period of your choice.

Customer Satisfaction Survey

In the next weeks we will invite all our clients (several persons within an organization will receive an invitation) to participate in the NIPO Software Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Please help us serve you and other clients better by completing our Customer Satisfaction Survey. Your participation is completely voluntary and anonymous.

Using the valuable input we receive from our clients, we will establish the principal objectives for each of our functional areas. In addition, our software development is based for the greater part on customer feedback, so this would be a good opportunity to indicate in what area you would like to see advancements made.

New Useful Tools on the NIPO Software website

On the Customers section of the NIPO Software website we have placed some new Useful Tools. NIPO Software clients can download the tools free of charges (again a login username and password is needed to access this website section).

These new tools have been added to the section:

Confirmit2Diana
With this program you can change fixed width exports from Confirmit into NIPO DIANA VAR and DAT files.

SPSS2Diana
This SPSS script creates NIPO DIANA VAR and DAT files based on an SPSS file.

Dependency Walker
When starting NIPO Software applications, sometimes the system has problems in opening certain (NIPO Software and/or Microsoft shared) DLL's. To make searching for which DLL is missing easier, you can use the Dependency Walker (freeware).
