NIPO Software expands global support network with Buenos Aires office

We are happy to announce the opening per 1 April 2007 of the Americas support center. By expanding our global presence with the opening of the NIPO Software Helpdesk Buenos Aires, we now are close to offering support around the clock.

Together with the offices in Amsterdam and Hong Kong, the new Buenos Aires office will serve the increasingly complex needs that exist throughout our international clients, particularly focussing on North and Latin America. Frank Scholten (picture) will lead the team from Buenos Aires. His first task will be the recruiting and training of local staff.

"The Buenos Aires office was founded to ensure the continuation of growth in the Americas region by offering support in their own time zone and in the local languages", said Jeroen Noordman, NIPO Software Commercial Director. "Our colleagues in Argentina will offer local expertise and firsthand research industry experience."

The NIPO Software Helpdesk in Buenos Aires will carry out all installations, training sessions and support for the Americas region. Next to that, they can also help with urgent support matters in other regions that are reported outside the office hours of the Amsterdam and Hong Kong Helpdesks.

NIPO Software Website Survey

Our gratitude goes out to all our clients that took the time to fill in the NIPO Software Website Survey. After 3 weeks of fieldwork we achieved a response of 24%, giving us valuable information on how to improve our website.

At the end of the questionnaire we asked for your opinion on how we can improve the website. The 5 best suggestions were awarded with a USB Laser Pointer.

New Useful Tool on the NIPO Software website

On the Customers section of the NIPO Software website we have placed a Useful Tools section. NIPO Software clients can download the tools free of charges (a login username and password is needed to access this website section).

This new tool has been added to the section:

Confirm2Diana 2.0
A tool that allows you to convert Confirmit data exports into data formats that are compatible with NIPO Software data collection systems. VAR- en DAT-files for NIPO DIANA data processing and tabulation, as well as Q- and O-files for coding with the NIPO ODIN Coding Module. The tool itself runs in an Excel workbook and includes documentation on how to use this.
