NIPO Software opens Helpdesk in Hong Kong

Recognizing the need of our clients for support in their own time zone, NIPO Software has decided to found a new Helpdesk in the Asia Pacific region. On 1 January 2006 NIPO Software will open the support center in Hong Kong, China.

Jeroen Noordman, Sales Director of NIPO Software, adds: “Next to having long-term customers in the Asia Pacific region, we expect a steady growth in new customers over the coming years. To all these parties we would like to show our commitment. The NIPO Software Helpdesk Asia Pacific will help in improving the level of support.”

Kees Varekamp, who worked for several years at the NIPO Software Helpdesk in Amsterdam, will manage the Asia Pacific Helpdesk for the first year. Kees Varekamp: “I look very much forward to establishing the new support facility. My first priority will be the recruitment of two local staff members, who will be trained extensively. I look forward to hear from you and look forward to a fruitful co-operation.”

In the beginning of 2006 all clients in the region will receive more information about the new Helpdesk.
