NIPO Software expands global support network with Buenos Aires office

We are happy to announce the opening per 1 April 2007 of the Americas support center. By expanding our global presence with the opening of the NIPO Software Helpdesk Buenos Aires, we now are close to offering support around the clock.

Together with the offices in Amsterdam and Hong Kong, the new Buenos Aires office will serve the increasingly complex needs that exist throughout our international clients, particularly focussing on North and Latin America. Frank Scholten (picture) will lead the team from Buenos Aires. His first task will be the recruiting and training of local staff.

"The Buenos Aires office was founded to ensure the continuation of growth in the Americas region by offering support in their own time zone and in the local languages", said Jeroen Noordman, NIPO Software Commercial Director. "Our colleagues in Argentina will offer local expertise and firsthand research industry experience."

The NIPO Software Helpdesk in Buenos Aires will carry out all installations, training sessions and support for the Americas region. Next to that, they can also help with urgent support matters in other regions that are reported outside the office hours of the Amsterdam and Hong Kong Helpdesks.
